Returns and refunds


Important Information

  • You have 30 days to initiate a return

  • Up to 10 days to process the refund

  • No restocking fees

  • To get the return address, please contact our customer service

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days to initiate a return (counting from the date you received the package). Items must be unused, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returning Merchandise
First, please contact us at showerheadhydrapulse@gmail.com Provide your order number and let us know whether you want an exchange or a refund. We’ll then send you a return form — please make sure to fill it out correctly. After that, send the package back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged package or the wrong size/color, please take photos of the package and its contents, and contact us at shower headhydrapulse@gmail.com. We handle these cases with the highest priority and will find a suitable solution for you.

Return Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you by email whether it has been accepted (i.e., if it meets the required conditions). If accepted, please allow up to 10 days for us to process everything and issue your refund.

If your refund is delayed, please allow an additional 3 days before contacting us at showerheadhydrapulse@gmail.com

Order Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, please do so as soon as possible after placing it. This is the only way we can ensure it hasn't been shipped yet and can be successfully canceled.
